The Scorpio Full Moon is May 7, 2020 at 9:45 am PT, and it’s the third and last super moon of the year. This moon is quite yummy, as it’s in harmony with Neptune… so full of inspiration, magic and profound resolutions and transformations. A SUPER moon means that the moon is closer to the earth than usual, and so not only does it appear to be much bigger, it effects us more. So get ready!
All Full Moons help us draw the shizzle out in order to let them go, and Scorpio is especially talented at this task. This is because Scorpio is so comfy with transformation, rebirth, and the alchemical process itself. Yes, Scorpio loves turning the lead in our world to gold, metaphorically speaking. In other words, turning those challenges that may have felt dark and heavy into abundance, even wealth and prosperity, and SERIOUS MOJO!
So, yes, this Full Moon is deep, but also very enchanting. She wants us to find magic in endings, and to remember that a new beginning is on the horizon. We find sunsets magical, don’t we? And a sunset is an ending. I’m not saying to find magic in the painful events themselves. But, to find magic in who we have become because of these events. It’s time to let the victim mode go, and to let this moon do its thing which is to cleanse all that isn’t serving us, holding us down, keeping us stuck.
At this moon I will be doing a ritual by my medicine wheel to release all of those dark night of the soul moments; intending to move forward with more wisdom, empowerment, intuitive intelligence and magic. If this moon could talk, she would say…”It’s time to be who you truly are which is fearless and magical! Just like the scorpion sheds it’s skin like a snake does, you can transform yourself by making different choices, thinking different thoughts, and feeling different feelings.
I love saying the Ho’oponopono “magic mantra” at my full moon rituals, especially this one. Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian healing modality that is all about cleansing and clearing our patterns and blocks so that we can get unstuck. What I do is say the mantra; “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you,” on anything I consider to be “dark night of the soul” material. The intent is to release any victim thoughts or feelings I may have about those challenges, and to clear any subconscious patterns that may be associated with them. I sure don’t want to re-create them unconsciously!
We do tend to repeat subconscious patterns, and so Ho’oponopono is a magical mindfulness practice to make sure this doesn’t happen! What if we could meet the challenges in our lives from a greater level of consciousness? And, not be victimized by these circumstances, no matter how challenging they ARE or WERE. Because, remember, the way you think and feel creates the outcomes in your life.
I like to remember that with endings come new beginnings. So, at the time of this moon you may be feeling that something new is on the horizon. That is exciting and fun! Change can truly be a blast if we allow it. That’s when synchronicities and serendipities start to show up…all because you are aligning with a new future.
At the time of this post many of us are still experiencing “quarantine,” and for some it’s been a rough ride. Who are you going to emerge as when this “retreat mode” (the “stay at home order”) is all over? Who are you going to be? You can go through this unchanged or from a different level of consciousness. You choose!
Happy Full Moon!

This is a very powerful mindset to take through this time period – “Who are you going to emerge as when this “retreat mode” (the “stay at home order”) is all over? Who are you going to be? You can go through this unchanged or from a different level of consciousness. You choose!”
Yes, you are right, this mindset really helps! :). Happy Full Moon!
